First and foremost, our people are exceptional. We hire only experienced cleaners, then we train them specifically to Maria’s own expert level and standards of proficiency. This means that no matter which Eco-Friendly team arrives to clean your home or office, you’ll be treated with the exact same level of excellence. Maria herself works on teams, and does random inspections to make sure you get the best experience possible.
Second, we use only top-grade, Eco-Friendly, fully biodegradable cleaning products, not available in stores. These are as effective-or – or even more so–than toxic chemical cleaners, yet so safe that you can even ingest them without harm! Your pets, too! (Don’t, though. They taste awful.) This is the magic combination that leaves your home or office clearly and definitively the cleanest clean!

Hers is quite the story. As a teenager – professionally – she drove those massive 18-wheeled semis. A few years later and there she was, working giant backhoes and front-loaders on major construction sites.
Then this one time, helping a friend clean house for a move, Maria discovered the work she truly loved.
So she set for herself an intensive training program, building up an inventory of top-level knowledge from every available resource. (Did you know there are secrets to superior housecleaning? Maria does!) And her cleaning skills have delighted clients ever since.
Maria is happily married with two little ones, and loves homesteading as much as she loves keeping her customers happy.

If you have not had a professional clean in the last few months – or if you’re a first-time customer -- we highly recommend a Deep Clean.
We do not wash or put away dishes ... or move large and heavy furniture ... or remove mold, pet waste or biohazards ... nor do we handle insect or rodent problems. Aside from that, our list of services is pretty comprehensive.
If we would not trust someone to clean our own home, we would not send them to clean yours – basically because we wouldn’t hire them in the first place. We only send uniformed, trustworthy, and dependable employees to your door, in a vehicle marked with our name and logo.

When you book online or via phone, we ask for your credit card number in order to hold the reservation. However, you will not be charged until we have finished your cleaning service. If you sign up for recurring service, you will be automatically billed after each cleaning is complete.
Because so many unforeseen circumstances are – well, unforeseen -- we do not have contracts. Instead we have a Continuing Agreement that asks only for 30 days’ notice if you wish to cancel. For those individual occasions when you have to cancel or reschedule, we ask for 48 hours notice.
If you have to cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours before your service, there is a charge of 50% of your cleaning cost. With less than 24 hours, the charge is 75%. Should you cancel with the cleaner there, or if we are locked out, the full price is charged.
